A prominent UK-based medical recruitment agency covering medical staff in the private healthcare sector and the NHS faced challenges in managing operational costs while maintaining high recruitment standards. The agency sought an effective strategy to scale its operations internationally without compromising service quality. The back office of temp recruitment companies is notoriously detail-oriented and repetitive but but expensive and tough to scale. The challenge was to build and sustain an international team that could function seamlessly with the head office in the UK, but with significantly reduced operational and overhead costs.
Solution:
There were very specific needs and requirements for the successful offshoring of their back office. This included finance professionals, administrators, and candidate managers. We provide full-scale Recruitment and Employer of Record services to build and support their UK team. They now have a team of 6 in South Africa and are looking to grow.
